Plagiarismo di Plagiarismo
The Filipino Librarian...plagiarized?! A book copyrighted by a Cristina Santos Canonigo (Talumpati! Talumpati! Talumpati!) appeared to have copied several speeches from the Filipino Librarian blog site. This is serious, as this book is now being sold at local bookstores, and, lo and behold, there was no mention of the FL blog or Mr.Vernon Totanes. The speeches can be found on the site and is under Creative Commons, but was obviously violated. More on the story here. Ano ba 'yan? I guess, its a sign of the site's increasing popularity, but this, well, quite disheartening.
